146 RAP (Odessa Recon Group) - 42 R-5.
It was not recon air-unit, it's a fighter regiment. In this case an abbreviation "RAP" (razvedyvatelnyi(recon) avia polk) confused with "RezAP" (rezervnyi (reserve avia polk). Better to change it to "normal" IAP.
On June 1941 146 IAP had 20 I-16 (1 non-ready) and 57 MiG-1/MiG-3 (2 non-ready). At start of the war the main AF was Tarutino (somewhere 215.208), maybe part of the unit was in other place (Teplik/Teplitsa).
3 Sep 1943 146 IAP was promoted to 115 GIAP.

There is already 146 IAP in the game. I would suggest leaving it in the game with 55(2) MiG-3, and renaming 146 RAP as 2/146 IAP with 19(1) I-16-24. MiGs were based at Tarutino (214, 208)
