So I was playing a new early test version of the game, and then I found that I was hit by 10000 infantry squads (equivalent to 50 infantry divisions) in the bombing. A large number of aircraft were destroyed. I think there may be a bug in the air defense fire system.

by the way, OP loss did drop.

This seems like a display issue, as the Germans only lost 1 a/c to flak even with all that listed.

NONONO,I’m the Soviet side. It was the Soviet that bombed the German army and was attacked by German 10000 infantry squads. The Soviet aircraft suffered heavy losses.

Also, I checked, my bomber will be attacked by extremely large (3000-10000 infantry squad) ground air defense fire as it bombs the enemy.

Every bombing mission is like that

You can see that the German bombing of the Soviet army did not have so much anti-aircraft fire
Nor did it cause serious air defense fire casualties to German aircraft

The Soviet bombing of the German army encountered absurd anti-aircraft fire
Soviet planes suffered a lot of air defense fire casualties

I guess a display issue also should be considered as a real bug. (Sorry for not a very useful comment, I'm trying to work around the stupid 10 posts condition to be able to attach screenshots to posts).

I don't think it's just a display issue. If you watch the combat at speed 7, you can see each ground element show up as they fire.

I dare someone to watch 10,000 units firing AA at level 7 ;-P.

The quantity of AA doesn't really impact the time it takes to watch it. The thing that takes a long time is watching half your dive bombers get damaged by small arms fire. It's way too strong, and it's not working in a realistic manner. That's outside of the scope of this bug though.

Thanks, we're looking into this. I've got a case where the reported number of small arms appears to be much greater than all the elements that are being flown over/near.
