Status: offline 		I declared war on a minor. The game said the minor has a friendship pact with a major regime and I am now at war with the major regime. However, the major regime in question is not at war with me. This behavior changed from version 1.09. More detail - I'm at war with a different major as a result of declaring on the minor. Also: how could a minor have a friendship pact?

In general, it would be nice to see in my reports when a minor has such a pact with a major. Currently, it doesn't appear as if that intelligence is available.
