Status: offline 		Staritsa (NE of Rzhev) has a railyard but no rail connection in the Typhoon scenario.

Status: offline 		may be a display issue in editor, there's no railyard (anymore) in Staritsa. Was removed multiple versions ago.

Status: offline 		I see that too in Editor via generic data. But location has no such railyard anymore.
Ghost railyard is reported as bug.
