Playing my first scenario. And I have really taken a liking to this game.

I have a couple units that are low in integrity and readiness. What can you do to increase those stats? Let them rest?

Let them rest, especially (if possible) during the night turn. Not always feasible when you have to push your troops (as Germans!) very hard in the beginning.
