Hold vs Entrench officer cards?

Status: offline 		Both cost the same but the hold card increases defensive bonus while the entrench card increases entrenchment value. Both values are the same as they are both 1/2 of officer determination value. So which to choose? I tend to lean towards entrenchment because the entrenchment bonus doesn't disappear after one turn. Not sure when it makes more sense to use the hold card vs entrench card. Any ideas?

Status: offline 		I agree with your choice and add entrenchment most of the time.
