The Soviet Union could not produce 76.2mm ZIS AT gun, and other equipment could be produced normally, but the equipment could not be produced. In order to determine that this is a bug, I started Stalingrad script, which is also unable to produce. I could produce normally before updating version 1.02.06, but then I could not produce, so this should be a bug

I ran your save to the next turn and 100 were built. I can't say why it took until April to build and why on some turns they build 100 when they have a limit of 50. I see this in my recent test game as well. We will look into it.
