The link brings up the 1.00.09 manual instead of the 1.00.12 manual .....

Yeah, I ended up first reading the old version of the manual without realizing it as well...

It's in the game.... under "?" you will see a direct PDF link to the latest one that is always included in the patch.

I just realized the Launcher manual is the latest that I edited. I am trying to get a new pretty manual with Matrix.
