Status: offline 		Is there any way to view unit TOEs so I can distribute excess equipment my HQs have to units that belong to other HQs?

Status: offline 		You can infer it from the Unit sidebar > Replacement Stats. But I am going to add a way to see this cleanly in one of the upcoming patches. Thanks for asking the question.
