These numbers seem off, the HPE is much higher than FPE. Latest beta.

Its already been discussed, they added an indirect fire bombardment phase into combat that has no FPE display but still displays HPE, they also may of raised the disruptive power of artillery in the patch but I'm not sure it might just be the bombardment phase thats making the difference

Yes I've seen that discussion but I don't think it explains these numbers. The bombardment phase would have to be 30x longer than the actual combat.

idk what to say soviets just stand very close together and are all very afraid of explosions since most of the excessive HPE is mainly weighted in disruptions and not damaged or destroyed, Joel has said in another thread that indirect fire disruption will be toned down in the next steam patch so soviet players can maybe stop coping

Gary has confirmed that the number of indirect shots is not accurate. There are places in the code where additional shots can be taken, but aren't counted (1 shot gets counted than later in the code an extra shot is generated that is not counted). We'll work on improving the count so it reflects the actual number of shots taken.
