Picture first

I've set Sicherung reinforcement types as Rear Area (first choice) and Infantry (second choice). It comes to unit, but it can't be exchanged between units. I'd like to see that system treat both reinforcement types similar. If it can be sent to unit, it should be able to transfer later.

Q: is it posible to set cards (units, fuel, supply, etc) as random during turns?
Simple Editor
Card Tables
Give Card Rules
has 4 options: logic to receive, set logic, max in hand, logic to remove
So I can set to receive card (say between 2 to 20 turn), then to remove (say between 12 to 16 turn) but I'd like to have percent chance card to appear between 2 to 20 turn.
