In the Bastogne scenario there is, for example, a unit in hex 11,30 Bercheux designated II/110th Infantry Battalion.

Should not this be II. Battalion/110th Infantry Regiment?

Actually the entire designation is wrong.

The U.S. Army has never used Roman numerals or "." in it's unit designations or abbreviations.

The unit in question should look like this: 2nd Bn/110th Infantry. Even 2nd Battalion/110th Infantry would work. Or it could be abbreviated as: 2/110 Infantry, or even 2-110 INF.

There is also a difference between the use of a "/" or "-" in unit designations, but that's probably going too far for this discussion.

Nikdav, is there anyway to number battalions with in a regiment? Say 1/110th, 2/110, 3/110. Someway to differentiate between battalions of a regiment?

Sadly no, the regiment is a multi unit, so is a single unit divided in sub-units.
With the editor you could made every single battalion but so you must deploy a numbers of units x4 and all names must be fixed manually, and perhaps you need also a regiment HQ.
In little scenarios is possible but in the campaign is a very long work !

Perhaps you should call it Task Force II (or TF Able or TF Baker or ...) of the 110th IR. The USA was fond of task forces!
