I am opening this thread to place all my doubts for which I found no answers in the manual. Of course please feel free to post your own doubts so the more experienced players or Vic may reply .

Here goes the first one, when I place a road block unit you get all this cross-sights around the hexes where the unit was placed. What do they mean if anything and what effect do they have? What's their purpose?

Indeed they were; experienced it and othrs during the extensive alpha-testing phase. What version is installed?
