I was going to say 12 as that was the standard size in the 80/90's but wasn't sure if they've slimed them down. I see it has remained standard.

I searched long and hard for Sqn nicknames but only found some, they aren't nearly as prominent as American Sqn names

I also have have tried to find RAF squadron nicknames and have had the same (lack of) luck finding names.
