That is twice Raver has caught me at Luganville - fortunately, bettys and nells just don't cut it when they have to drop bombs. He's hit some ships 8 and 9 times in three turns but they haven't sunk because the bomb hits are so small. If those were 200 betties attacking with torps (that they should be able to do in some deep water harbours) Raver would be laughing his head off while my ships sank left right and centre.

Of course, I've had a word to my fighter pilots.
