I'm playing the GC41-No Surrender, AI and player set to 110, and the AI has a logistics bonus. I started this game on .13beta, and put the new official .13 on turn 3 of this game.

From the start of this game, the AI seems to be having trouble forming lines. I'm on turn 10 and almost every turn I have been able to get behind the panzer thrust and put them out of supply. Not just one panzer thrust, but several at a time. The AI is rushing all those forces to the front as close as they can get, and leave the area behind it with no covering forces. Some of the gaps they leave have no units to slow or protect the flanks. I've played with these settings for a while, and before the AI was always a good challenge at those setting. That's what made me notice it, due to it happening almost every turn where it hadn't been that sloppy before.

In Road to Leningrad i was able to encircle almost all of the Axis forces as for some reason they left Pskov and had no units in behind. It was 02.11. Definitely there is a problem.

Thanks for the post. Do you have a save at the start of the German turn 10 so I can run the AI turn? Also, did you know you have your morale help level set to 110 (same as German help level)? Unless you're just playing for the first time, I wouldn't suggest giving yourself morale help, especially against the AI when it is the attacking side. This is probably the basic problem that the German AI doesn't know how to keep a line formed defensively when it's on the offensive (doesn't have enough units, unlike the Soviets later one that usually have tons of units to fill the line). But it shouldn't be leaving big gaps in its line so if you can get us a save in the AI turn we'll take a look.

I thought by giving the Axis enough bonus in other areas that me having 110 morale would make us even. I wanted morale to be the same and bumping it to 110 gives them a boost and they do better. I didn't think making us both 110 would matter too much, but I could be wrong. I've played this setting for a month for so, even before the .13 patch, and the AI was doing well in those other games. I will try setting my morale lower in the next game. The game in the pic above is borked. The Axis are so far behind already in this game, there's no reason to continue it. I'll start a new game, and I'll let you know how it rolls.

Save attached. I also have the 9 previous saves if you need them.
