First...

Vic, congratulations.

Second...

The comproj doc/site is not readily presenting how to add or delete regime cards, when scenario making.

...Keeping it simple:
Take a scenario that is already done...

I want to delete some regime cards and rear area (is it?) cards and add other ones.

I am familiar with the simple editor.

I look under library/[VR_librvar]/['global vibvar' or is it 'events'['executables']?]. Anyway, there is a note about cards but no how-to; no buttons for pop-up lists of _cards in the scenario_ and no list showing available cards.

..Will search more on my own but also check back here.

I figured it out. It was real easy actually, once I braved the "Tables" of existing scenarios. (Thanks for nothing.)

BUT now I want to know...

1) Custom messages. Where are they/ How to edit?

2) Changing round-length (e.g from 6 to 5 hours) will cause in-game [top right corner] "morning, day, afternoon, night" to not sync up. So how does one change in-game [top right corner] "morning, day, afternoon, night"?

3) HQ range change... where /how?

4) How many pp should one 'charge' for 'arty btn?'

(Note in the On to Dinant scenario, Ciney VP on map (specifically hex info) and the custom pp message don't agree. The map says "12" for Ciney, yet the message and pp given = "5." Also same scenario...
1) the message and PP given for Boussion [1st city occupied at scenario start] = "6," but the map says "5" and
2) "celles" in messages is not capitalized, among other cities uncap'd in MAP file.)

One either wants new scenarios or one doesn't.

And it would be help help (not 'more').

And I've already been helped by your helpful comment: it tells me more about you.

Less than 30 hours pass, and you take it as a personal insult that no-one has responded. Yeah, it tells me a lot about you too. Like this scenario will never be done, because you don't have the required patience to see it through.

I stand by my comment. Insulting everyone, is not going to get you help.

Phase-of-day is in scenario's "weather" lib; bottom of 'global.' (Generally must keep 6-hour rounds.)
