Hi Dmitry. If you are interested, I'll accept your challenge. I think I'm above intermediate with Axis.

ELO game with standard ELO house rules:
No diplo on majors
No diplo on Bulgaria
No DoW against USSR before 1941

Plus I agree to not DoW USSR with Japan prior to declaring war on USA. Also I don't use neutral Japanese ships to block Allied movement in the Red Sea.

I'm looking forward to our rematch.
