GAD show up as buildable during the winter 42-43. Good units due to 15 Morale bonus. IIRC 19 can be built in Q1 1943.

If they are built in "tranches" over a couple of turns the numbering starts from 1st, 2nd, etc. every time. That leads to repetitions in the names.

latest - 1.02.15.
I happened with all my ongoing H2H games during the last couple of turns, so it may have been under 1.02.13 or 1.02.14
