Scenario: Arracourt

BOTTOM WINDOW
'Jump to its map location' does not work correctly.
At least not in the Arracourt scenario with regiments of the 11. Panzer Division.

Status: offline 		Its working correctly in selecting the HQ but the map is not moving correctly in all cases (due to proximity). Will make some improvements for next patch.
