Trying to build a heavy cruiser, which should be due in exactly a year and thus should be available in June, not February. Noticed this was true for the the Germans and Italians, for all ship types, so it had nothing to do with tech (Italy had level zero for both economic techs).

It's a slight mod of the vanilla '39 scenario, note.

Production delay settings in the editor have a radio button to switch between delays to be measured either in turns or in months. Maybe this could be the issue here.

You are right Keenan, I noticed this recently too and it is being fixed in the forthcoming patch.
