I have got a few questions with regard to us and soviet war readiness which I couldnt find the answers to in the manual/strategy guide.
1. US and Soviet war readiness are affected by several decision events and positioning of units on the map, and this is described in the strategy guide. But they are also increasing by a) war declarations (for instance Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Yugoslavia etc.) But how much respectively?
2. Aditionally they are increasing by time, regardless what you do. But what is the formula here? For the soviets, this seem to begin 1941. Is that correct? For US it seems to begin in the summer of 1941. But how much each turn respectively?
3. The US cant move fleets freely around in the pacific without influencing their war readiness negatively prior to war entry. But can the UK position their fleets everywhere in the pacific without such (or similar) consequenses? How near Japan can UK fleet be before the war with Japan?

1. All declarations of war by the Axis will move the US by 3-5% and the USSR by 2-4% towards the Allies.

There are also some specific country based swings, and the best way to find these is to open up the Mobilization_1 script file and search for either (USA->Allies) or (USSR->Allies).

2. For both the USA and the USSR it is 1-2% per turn from January 1941.

3. There is no penalty in place preventing the British from doing this with their navy.
