New bug in game in end of air planning phase.

I have started a game and played the air planning phase.
When I finished the air planning phase and went to the ground war the screen was covered with little squares saying June 30 41 arrow axis and July 24 44 Arrow Soviet. Not sure if this is because there is a confusion where opponent was using a different version of the game. Trying to clarify this with opponent now. Never seen this before.

Bug disappeared when I reloaded turn. What do I do? Is it worth sending you the turn again or do I see it as a one of glitch?

Bug still there but able to play with lower magnification.

Did you confirm you are using the same version? Do you have a screenshot of what you're seeing?

I am using 2.13. My opponent is using 2.19b. I have a screenshot. Here it is.

I have updated to 2.19 Beta.
Unfortunately the bug is still there on maximum magnification.

Here is the update screen of 2.19 first turn. Should I reinstall the game and start again?

You have city capture dates turned on. Toggle that off. Also, once your opponent uses 1.02.19 you need to use that too.
