February 14nd, 2022 - version 1.00.16

Fixed A.I. return to base procedure so they don't stack in a minor port
Fixed fleet overstacking
Change air convoy raiders now have a 10% chance to take a strength hit per escorts in the convoy lane
Added to manual air convoy raiders under air units
Fixed undo free oil bug when undoing a move for an oil using unit with no oil
Added units in loops to stats report
##Fixed default language to English in editor for date time
Fixed air vs naval where bomber damage after interception only shows AA damage
Fixed armor/mech/motorized urban rugged flag movement bug costing +1 opts in damaged rail
Fixed A.I. will better reinforce and upgrade units
Added ability to choose reinforce or upgrade unit or both
Change color text in combat log to be lighter for colorblind players
Change overruns now have an added requirement of the unit being at 1/3rd strength or less, otherwise it retreats
Fixed minor country undo embark transport used bug
Added specialty add on for build queue items in editor
Fixed the mystery of negative merchant marine
Fixed datetime to default English.. hopefully
Fixed Tobruk fortifitation value in North African Campaign 1941
Fixed CV plane experience averaging when replacing air strength
Added naval loop notes for all main scenarios
Fixed convoy line in Denmark for Norway
Fixed railed factories in USSR script
Added Arabian Sea convoy lane
Added notes on Vichy colonies becoming Allied if mainland Vichy France is occupied
Added garrison requirement for Allies in Egypt, Palenstine, and Jorden of 6 units or Italy joins Axis
Fixed sub nightmove and counter image error
Diplomacy now attaches per new game instead of being static
Change Skagerrak Straits minefield script will only activate when the Axis control both hexes
Fixed A.I. trapping itself in the Baltic Sea
Change Siberian reinforcements for Soviets come with Winter Combat specialization
Change some Russian map cities and rivers a little
Added 2 morale cities for Vichy North Africa to prevent a large change on control

Looks like some really good changes and these few in particular I think move things in the right direction. Thanks for the patch!

I still think a strong BEF in France needs a bit further nerf but the garrison requirement is a good start.

Interested to see if the additional morale cities changes how Vichy North Africa plays out.

Not convinced on strong BEF because I can beat France by august even with big BEF against a better player.

Well, hopefully some of the better players here can either teach me to handle it or show you how strong it can be :)


On a side note for existing games started before the patch, units default to "reinforce only" not "reinforce and upgrade" so check all your units are on the setting you want after you patch the game.

I agree with Redrum. When you see 11 UK corps in France and 3 allied (or even 4!) armors, it is really hard for an average player. Going around is the normal answer but is not that easy (it usually is a small corridor you have to grind) and it also depends what the UK does with the 11 corps. If they attack your flank with French and UK troops when you try to get around, it can be very bad

But great update, thanks for the patch

Thanks for the update. The Siberian reinforcements was one that I was hoping for and should allow the Russians to make some attacks in the winter of 41.

I would like to clarify the change to reinforce/upgrade. If a unit is full strength I assume it will not be necessary to set it at upgrade only and this would only be required for units at less than full strength which you want upgraded before adding reinforcements.

Naw it is raw. You can set a full strength unit to upgrade only and it will.

Wow very nice! lots of good stuff! love the reinforce upgrade option, and Siberians coming with winter ability. Thanks for fixing Tobruk and cv planes

The Allied AI doesn't understand this change so Italy will always join the Axis in 1939 now.
