Hi everyone,

quoting from the manual (21.11.2):

"The number of Assault HQs that can be created varies as
the game progresses:
Date Axis Soviet
1941 6 2
1942 5 3
1943 4 4
1944 3 5
1945 2 6"

The Axis starts with 4 assault HQs but whenever I try to add one or two more via the editor an error message appears. Is there any way to mod the number of active assault HQs?

You are looking on the older manual version. Check one in the game folder. Axis can have only 4 assault armies (which with current 50% CPP lose during any attack is too low IMHO).

No idea how to change it via editor :(

There was patch with that changes. I was not playing this game at that point, I already started with a patch where there were only 4 max assault HQs. There is also something like changelog or similar document in a game folder. It contains changes from all of the patches. I'm sure you will find that change there :)
