For a couple of turns (I think just after I lost a city where I put (I think exactly prior loosing) to recruit both solderis and colonists) I am receiving 3100 recruits and 2800 colonists - while all my 3 cities have max recruits and colonists at 0. I have just a single asset refuge camp with +200 colonists.

I agree that it is possible they were in Zone Storage all this time, but could no be delivered thus far. Until Logistics like was not that tied up by the far away city anymore.

That was my initial thought as well, but it is not a single turn. They keep coming to my towns. Probably need to start a new game as it is quite an advantage - 3-5k ppl per turn. Each turn.

Happy to provide saves if needed

(I double check it though)

What did you double check: the max recruitment per turn, or the Zone Inventory? The latter is the rightmost tab in zone details ("Items"). Or you can use the Expand button in MNG -> Asset (shortcut N).

If there has been a long-term situation where there hasn't been enough logistics points to send everything recruited to the SHQ, they might've been accumulating surplus recruits and colonists in their inventory for a long time. As such it's possible they might take turns and turns until they've finally emptied everything.

Edit: Didn't refresh before posting. It's likely they finally emptied their surplus on that turn.

You are right - soldiers and colonists were "in stock". Wierd :)
