In the Equipment screen start and finish dates are recorded as mm/yy. This means that when either is used to sort in order you get the items listed in month order rather than chronologically. Eg 01/45 would be above 02/41.

There are similar issues when for example you sort units by DtHQ - the units out of command range (the minus numbers) are sorted by the first digit rather than the whole number. So it sorts 2, 31, 4 for example

Status: offline 		The issue you are referring to was previously reported, but still not fixed.

It goes back to using the appropriate algorithm to sort dates, rather than the current default string sorting algorithm they appear to be using instead.

They were previously provided information on lexicographical sorting as well.
