How is this scenario for PBEM? I enjoyed what I played of it agianst the AI, but are there any balance issues if I were to PBEM?
I'd like to hear anyone's thoughts/experiences who's played this agianst a human opponent. Thanks.

I like it a lot. It does help the Japanese some by giving them PM at the start, so it's a different problem for both sides. I played it (still am, actually) PBEM on 100/100 commit and it appears pretty balanced.

I can also recommend it. I'm currently playing it PBEM having gotten through October and an end is not in sight.
Both sides start with both hands full of forces and you can expect very heavy air-land-sea battles early on.
