hello,
I am an idiot. I fiddled with some settings in the preferances without noting before hand what they were.

Can someone confirm that the spotting is set to 60% for both player1 and player2 for all nations?

Yes, its either on the website, or in a readme somewhere. The mod was designed for the 60% in mind.
