Yeah, I want to play a couple of regular campaigns first. I tried Flesh & Steel a couple of weeks ago and played around with it for a while, my first. Got my core force, went to the next page and it looked the same so I skipped it. Found out later by reading a strategy file that I had downloaded it was for support forces. Heheh. Then I started a random scenario a week ago and I'm playing that, almost done. I want to complete F&S and then one more to get used to campaigns and core forces before I start a mega.

I think that next week, if the update hasn't arrived, I'll email David and find out what's going on. Like I've written several times, if they would just keep us aware of the status and there's some progress I'd be happy but nobody ever posts anything. Very disconcerting and it makes me feel like Brent just doesn't care about those who bought the game.

How about adding some "carrot" to rich's "stick"?

I hereby pledge to buy MCLV immediately after it is "finished" to rich's satisfaction. This offer expires at midnight PST on March 31, 2004. (I know the promise was for Feb 2004, but if Matrix hasn't actually done anything yet, they'll need more time.)

Come on, Matrix. If there's only 10 hours of work left to do, then you'll be earning...$2.50 an hour!!! And if the work's nearly done, I'm offering FREE MONEY!!! How can you resist?

Anyone else want to offer a little incentive?

Nothing wrong with a little incentive! Bring it on.
