I just wanted to let you guys know that I personally know 5 other gamers who have never bought any Matrix products, but will as soon as Empire in Arms comes out!
Do a good job on this wonderfull game and you will endear yourself to many hard core gamers, and their pocketbooks! I graduate from school this December, so you have till then to get all the bugs worked out, before I become impatient. :') Till then I'm too busy to game enough to merit starting an EIA campaign.

Well, we certainly appreciate your vote of confidence. We are doing our best to succeed. I personally own all of the Matrix games, though I have precious little time to ever play them. But, you will be happy with what we produce.

Carry on,

You can add at least one more Matrix noob to the list. I'm looking forward to both EIA and WAW this summer. I used to play AH War and Peace a long time ago and have been waiting for a decent strategic level Napoleonic computer game. EIA looks great.

I, too, will be a first time buyer of Matrix product.

As will be at least two other of my five-six friends that will be playing EiA.

Regards,
Mark

Another new Matrix recruit here due to EIA. I am also looking forward to War in the Pacific having played the VG games version and the original Gary Grigsby (sp?) version.

Also here because of EIA, but I love a good game, so after I see EIA, others I have seen on this site may follow (though I have only been here a few minutes).

There is a small cadre ready to snatch up EIA here in Holland, MI. We loved it. After beginning to puruse the forums, I am wondering "what is EIH?"

EIH stands for Empires in Harms, an open file with "advanced" rules made by players.
They make the game better but more complex than what it is, so it is a good thing that Matrix had considered some of them for the version 1 of the PC game and hopefully all of them in the future to let the players chose them.

Have fun reading the rules!!
