I wonder what command posts/cars are good for. Can anyone give me an answer to that?? Sincerely Jompa

Amongst other things, they boost morale and leadership for adjacent units, as well as facilitate rallying routed troops that pass nearby (3 hexes?) I think

They're fun to destroy and usually worth some decent points.
