If I can presume to offer a fix for the non-functioning Molotovs until the first patch arrives (as this affects the German player as well as the Russian): Open the OOB editor, go to Soviet Union, Weapons, Molotov. Insert the following numbers: Pen AP 222; Pen HEAT 75. Change the Pen HE field to "0". Save. This does it. The Russians will now attack armor with their firebombs.

Thanks for the fix advice. And yes and editor is great since in former SP's I had trouble with those seperate editors mainly because of family members deleteing the darn things!
