I have been experimenting with march speeds under different urgency settings. As near as I can tell there is no difference between Forced and Regular in terms of ground covered by the divisions within a corps. THere may be a slight difference in the rate the HQ moves. ALso, there is definitely no difference in the amount of fatigue accrued by the corps.

Is this a bug?

PS I also don't see stragglers from forced marching like I did with 1806 LGA.

Frank,

Could you please take a look at this and make sure it is working properly. I forced marched Bernadettes corps to Vienna and had only minimal levels of fatigue.
