1) Sometimes I get a second hospital on the map. Why is this?

2) When I assigned two corps to have an independent depot, the depot started to send supplies to non-assigned corps. Why is this?

3) THere is definitely no difference in march rates based on urgency. THe only thing that seems to effect the rate at which the units of a corps move is the administration rating of the corps.

Hospitals are sort of dismantled and rebuilt. So its possible to have two hospitals appear temporarily until the hospital personnel are moved to the new location.

Actually this new hospital is appearing in newly captured cities, so I don't think that is what is happening. I am going to E-mail the saved file.

Also, what about the march rate and depot issues. Are they bugs?

I've noticed this happening too. But to be honest it never bothered me I just assumed that I had captured an enemy hospital or that some of my own wounded were still being treated in the town.

In fact if I have any question it is:

Why only one hospital?

I would have expected to be able to create hospitals wherever I needed them but perhaps not have the ability to move the wounded being treated there.

I figured the number of "hospital" personnel was limited as was the amount of medical supplies which is why there's only one hospital. Sounds like you captured a town that was acting as the enemy hospital and therefore you captured the medical supplies there.
