I few versions back, there was a bug that vehicles would not try to avoid buildings, and would crash right into them when they had an alternative route. It was fixed somewhere in the 5.x version i believe. I'm using 7.0b6 (??) the mech.exe that was sent out to fix the Yugo problem on the MCNA. That problems seems to be rearing its ugly head again. I've had it happen on more than one occasion...

Try moving them one hex at a time. That makes it easier to avoid buildings Alex
