Is there anthing the Allies need to do when dealing with Manpower, Resources, Heavy Industry etc? I've read the manual and have been reading the forum, but all I hear about is Japanese resource management.

I've heard some talk about changing what aircraft gets produced for the allies, is this done prior to the playing in the Scenario Editor? Same for ship conversions.

Otherwise for the Allies, get the fuel and supplies to who needs it the most.

Without using the editor, the only thing you can do as the Allies is to ship oil to Australia from the US. Everything else is pretty much automated.

Yeah, tell me about it. Then you have people like me who have CS convoys set up between the island chains deminishing slightly on the way to Oz, and small CS convoys bouncing in between the smaller islands and my dump points. An exercise in mathematics, indeed.
