Look at this:

There are approximately 2800 actual men on this single ship. The picture however, shows otherwise, so it's not an actual overload even though it looks like one. Is this a bug? I have the current save if needed.

I think that you'll load only a part of this troop and not all the 2nd USMC ....

111% full just seemed a bit odd.

Thanks!

Hello...

Actually, it is overloaded. The loading routine sometimes allows this. If they are almost loaded and they think they could almost get one for 5" CD onboard, for instance, they just squeeze it in there (You can tell, because part of the barrel is sticking out of the window). This will usually only occur, when loading large and unwieldy items.

Bye...

Since it is sticking out of the window does it get added to teh ships defensive firepower? I mean that extra 5" with AA rounds coudl be helpful. Imagine teh suprise of the Sub that surfaces.

Ever tried to elevate a gun sticking out of a port hole? Not to mention having to swing it around to use the port hole on the other side of the ship

you don't need to elevate the barrel itself, just do a couple of crazy turns!

Thank you for the answer and the comedy. Now I have to try it with my SUV. What size piece of ordinance can I fit into my FORD X I wonder?
