Status: offline 		I have the AVG with P-40E's at Rangoon With over 120,000 Supplys, set to "accept Replacements" and over 50 P-40E' s in the pool. Yet the Groups dosen't get any any replacements (its been over 3 weeks since they upgraded to P-40E's) There are 23 Ready and 27 damaged A/c...

Any Help?

Try splitting the AVG into sub groups and see if the sub parts start taking reinforcements to fill out each part.

Status: offline 		Akylab (Sp?) The base on te coast north of Rangoon.... Although I thought if the bases had 20,000 or more supply it didn't matter where the HQ was (BTW the transfered the AVG to SE Asia)

Rendova,

According the the manual (section 15.2.4) you need the number of replacement aircraft to be equal to or greater than the maximum ready aircraft level for that air group. The AVG max size is 72 so the problem appears to be that you don't have enough replacement aircraft yet.

He's not trying to UPGRADE the AVG, which is what 15.2.4 refers to...just get replacements.

Does Akylab have supply or just Rangoon?

Status: offline 		I have the same problem with some P-26's at Pearl. There are 3 in the squadron, I have 6 P-39's to upgrade to. Nothing happens when I click upgrade now... There are 50k supplies in PH, and the air unit sits in the same hex as its parent HQ (Cent Pac).

Status: offline 		Gnome.....look in the upper left hand corner of the P26 screen.....that is the minimum number of aircraft you will need before you can upgrade the squadron, not just the number of aircraft in the unit.

D'oh! I was going to look in the manual for something like that lol! That'll learn me. I deliberately set my replacements off for that unit so I could upgrade them quickly. I'm not sure why that limitation's in but I'll live with it.
