also will this game only be available through DD and a backup CD?

Status: offline 		DD only I believe as WaW is the game that has been mentioned as retail.

Also the only rule of MAtrix forum is "Dont ask For Release dates".

Repeat after me "Dont ask for release dates"

Apparently you can expect this in your xmas stocking.
