Status: offline 		Yes a DUKW... and if you're ever in london you can go on one - Green is Duck Tours, Yellow is Frog Tours.

Converted DUKWs that do the sights on the road then drive into the River Thames and do the sights from the water. Classic

Just doesn't look right for the US version.

Status: offline 		I don't think its a DUKW.... A DUKW was built on the 2 1/2 ton truck ("Duce and a half") Which were all duel rear axle IIRC, this is single. Also I have never seen a DUKW with door and an actual Winshield... Maybe it is a DUKW but my guess is its a DUKW knock off.

Although the hull sure looks like a DUKW maybe it is.....

Status: offline 		You know I think you're right. DUKW had double rear axle. IIRC first used March 1943 at landing of Noumea
