Does the use of operation points on the special first turn affect movement rates???

In other words is it better to try and add more fuel to your ships but add ops points before moving them on the first turn or is it better to just leave them alone???

Will they still move just as far if you try to fuel them???

Be careful messing with fuel on the first turn. Also watch out for putting short ranged ships in TF's that have a ways to go.

Both of these will generally zap the first turn move speed.
