.....that we are all on this forum at 11 pm edt on a friday night??? ofcourse my excuse is i am acually at work (heyy...lets go hour 16) esp that we are not acually playing this game!!!

Yes, very sad that I am still on a dial up and I have 3 hours and 26 minutes left on my patch download.

ouch......this patch is the only reason i still have a cable modem...i will prob cancel it after i download....well...acually...i may wait till the 1.3 depends on how long it will be...the next patch(s) should be much smaller

Now 3hr 7min and 10 sec, The maker's mark and 7-up is starting to take effect, time to go to bed and try to get up in about 3 hours!

cancel a cable conn ? Hell I am on ADSL since 4 years and cant live without it

3 Mbit down / 384Kbit up is funny to have :)

GASP! You can't possibly be seriously considering dumping Cable are you?!? LOL! Less of course you're going to DSL... Least SOME form of highspeed... I've not been back to dialup in nearly 4yrs and don't plan on starting now... I'd just want someone to take me out'n shoot me if I ever had to do that... Just can't wrap my brain around 5kb/sec anymore... Take my T3 in the home any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

One of my PBEM opponents says it takes his dial-up about 6 minutes to download the turn on e-mail....that would suck!!!
