Looking for Japanese Opponent I am only looking for one.

Options I would like
Historical Off on ON, don't bother me either one is fine.
Both Sub Doc Off
Advance Weather On
Historical First Turn On or OFF
Very Set-up Off
December 7, On Or Off
Replacement +15/-15 Days
FOW On of Course
Turn Cycle 1, I can do a least 1 turn a day Sometimes more.
Allied Damage Control off
Game Options all On.
