You only need to re-start if you want to take advantage of the OOB-related fixes. If you are playing a grand campaign from 1.00, you can keep playing. If you started a grand campaign in 1.20, unfortunately I would suggest restarting because of the issues that were fixed with the 1.21 patch.

Status: offline 		I thought the 1.21 patch fixed the aircraft production bug, which was only present on limited map scenario's, and so shouldn't affect the grand campaign?
