Erik,
Is the V1.20 patch the same as what was sent to us. If so, then all we need to do is apply 1.21. Right?

It's very close. If downloading the official release is an issue, then applying 1.21 should be fine. Otherwise, I would go ahead and do a clean install 1.00 + 1.20 + 1.21.
