Is it posible to create a SPWAW map using freds map program from a bitmap of a ordanace survey map ?

Hi uebertechi, don�t know what these ordnance survey maps are, but some time ago I experimented a little bit with Freds BMP to map conversion feature in WaWMap Edit and had some success. The key, I think working with this, is to use the right color palette of your BMP file for the converter to work. Somewhere in his help files, the needed info on appropriate colors should be found. He (Fred) also mentioned the conversion feature to be still experimental, so you probably need to experiment yourself a little bit to find out how to use it best. Please post your findings here, if you have some success. I�m also interested how this works best.
