I've seen people with pictures in their posting profiles to the left of the message. How do you get pictures there?

Go to your profile then click on the box that says avitar. You will have a bunch of stock ones to choose from. Then check the box below to use your avitar as your profile photo.

Adding your own is a bit more complicated

That's what I want to do. I got my old cruisebook out and scanned in the USS Midway emblem and wanted to put it where you have Wiley Coyote but I keep getting that it isn't the proper dimensions.

Had the same problem. Had to adjust the size of the photo to the 200x whatever it was asking for.

I cut mine down to 145x100 and it took it.

Thanks it worked. I'd put in the USS Midway/Carrier Air Wing Five combo but I think it would end up being too small to even see.
