Hello!
On 3/28 I've attempted to register on Matrix web site. The registration went OK, but I did NOT get any email with my password.
When I tried to register again, the system told me, that someone with my email address is ALREADY registered.
So, it seems, that the REGISTRATION itself went through, I just didn't get email with password.
My login name is Averbukh, home email address is: averbukh@the-beach.net.
For now, please email me at my office email (Mark.Averbukh@wildcardsystems.com), as something probably is wrong with email delivery from Matrix to my home email.
Then I've sent email with this complaint to the service department. No response.
Then I've logged in from my office as Mark. All was fine, I got email with my password.
But I prefer to have my HOME email as my email address.
Please straighten that out.
