Wax dummy of Geo S Patton..Collar insignia for LTG but helmet insignia for Gen(4 star)..
Ribbons worn improperly,(not his highest awards whatsoever),and the belt is a modern era web type,not "gigged" at all,(quite wrong for Gen Patton who was a meticulous dresser.)
Tie is worn improperly and is not WW2 issue..
Camera type is correct(35mm) but I doubt he ever wore it in the stock case(as this one is).Looks to be a Rolieflex 1942).

Georgie Patton it is. Patton added the fourth star to his LT Gen helmet that he had worn during the war. I don't remember if the remaining clothes on the mannequin were actually Patton's. However, here is his dress uniform...
